![]() It was horrible there cockroaches abd even a rat the only good thing was cashier register This store is big, has a lot of options, but the bathroom were disgusting when I used it a year ago. Great selection of thomas the train figures though. Had a hard time having any one help me here last weekend. There was only one cashier available on a Saturday which caused a really long line. Donna and Mr Earl or Erol (tall slim man 1030am) in the wharehouse were very friendly, helpful and professional. Its not as much as babies r us,but got the job done Went there to look for baby items on my registry. Im so tired but I cant wait to see the movie and I it r Very rude workers ( including the managers)Įj and a lot to do it all again and I dont think know what to do iwith all the best way y I dont have a I dont think I have ever experience bad service to this degree in my life. We live here this is the one Toys R Us where you can literally find everything you are looking for if youre missing something they will attempt to try to order it for you I found a toy that sai $2 because it was supposed to go to a charity, but it was accidentally left behind. Wonderful supply of toys and educational software. I live close so being able to jump over here real quick for something last minute makes life so much easier. The place has a clean appearance and the employees are well mannered. Probably the nicest Toys R Us Ive ever been to. Its location isnt ideal for getting to, but it is definitely worth the trip. This store is very clean, well organized, and meticulously stocked. I almost didnt go because of the ratings but you cant always believe what you hear She let me know about the deals and ways of getting discounts. The employee Donna greeted and the register. I basically go to this TOYS R US for wwe figures and I just got off the phone with them and the lady who I spoke with was very rude And had a very Nasty tone in her voice and had to put someone else on the phone because she couldnt understand me Im never calling here again 03 cents was the best ( got a kids kayak with the paddles originally $120 marked down to $50 and final clearance was just. Its not that far from home and if you catch them at the right time the clearance sales are to die for, the end of summer sale when everything was marked down to. I definitely will by pass this store and just got to Kmart or Wal-Mart! One employee was evening arguing with another employee while I was at the register. This place is rude and the staff do not help the customers at all. I was told it was put in the wrong place and they was not going to honor the sign. I came toys r us to get a buggy push along. There was a 20% sign in front of the toys and I didnt get the sale. ![]() Visited approximately 7 times over the last 10 years while stationed at Andrews AFB - there is never a line. If you are only concerned about there not being a line at checkout, there will never be a line at this location. These guys are soon to follow suit behind Sears/K-mart. Huh? You are a retailer, you are a "sales" manager, and you are telling me I cant buy something in your store? I would drive to a T-r-U in California before I ever re-enter this store. The manager was called over to "figure it out" and I was told that I could not purchase all the items I was attempting to purchase. Had a very negative experience with a cashier that did not know how to ring up a promotion. ![]() I will never shop in store or any other ToysRus stores again, I rather go to Walmart. At this point, I rather talk to a general manager. I called up there and spoke with the manager name Fred Smith and he confirmed that they dont take back anything opened and that we could bring back the gift card to receive cash instead. ![]() I was shocked, they only gave him $50 in gift card to their store and $30 in cash. They would not take it back, the cashier told my husband that they dont take back anything thats opened and that theyre not a thrift store and they straight up told him that your not getting t back the protection plan either which was $14.99. I had my husband return 1 of the item, yes it was open but thats how we figured we didnt want to keep it. I paid $50 in gift cards, $70 in cash and $54 in debit from my account. Went to this location on May 27th 2013, purchased a fews items and got the protection plan on each item.
